Anny Johnson

Anny Johnson is the co-leader of 110 Agents brokered by eXp Realty, alongside her husband Jeremy Johnson. She helps with management, production and marketing. eXp Realty is licensed to sell real estate in all 50 states plus in 23 countries.

Anny is one of the original co-founders of Neighborhood Mortgage. She helped start the firm in 2003 after being in banking and lending since 1997, now celebrating 25 years in the real estate industry. She’s been recognized as a leader in our community and has maintained a top originator across the US. For the past most recent few years she was awarded and recognized for being in the Top 1% in the Nation and Washington State from United Wholesale Mortgage who is the #1 Wholesale Lender.

Anny is nationally recognized and was named in the Top 25 Most Socially Connected in the mortgage Industry multiple years. In 2014 she was selected in the Hall of Fame-Top 50 Elite Woman in Mortgage issued by MPA Magazine. She has spoken publicly on main stages in New York for Mortgage Revolution, Seattle REBAR camp and most recently in Las Vegas to share her knowledge with her peers. She was recognized and ranked 2nd for Businesswoman of the Year in NW Washington through King 5 News for her outstanding leadership, strong business development and community involvement.

Some have described her as the most fascinating person, yet Anny is most proud of her philanthropy work and has been recognized and awarded multiple times throughout the US as a Humanitarian Leader. She’s founded her own non-profit called KIND TV where they help those most in need through unexpected acts of kindness. In addition, she has helped raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for non-profits organizations. She has served on numerous boards one of which included the Past Broker Director of Northwest Chapter for WAMP.
